This is the Austin Street side of the 2 story Tudor building.  At the trial of Kitty's killer, the Queens County District Attorney said that the first attack occurred behind the street light in the foreground.  I think it probably occurred just to the left of the tree which is where trial witness, Irene Frost, placed it.
