This is the northeasterly corner of the 2 story Tudor building.  In 1964, the Austin Ale House was the Old Bailey Bar - a source of late night/early morning noise that residents constantly complained of.  The first attack on Kitty occurred on the far side of the street at the extreme right hand edge of this photograph.
