My name is Henry Heath and I lived at 333 Washington Street, Brooklyn.  I founded a company by the name of the Empire Transportation Company and served as its President for many years.
It was my service during the Civil War that I remember very well.  Fighting as a Union soldier for the North.  I was captured and sent to a terrible prison camp were many died.
I was released and given my freedom during as exchange of prisoners between the North and South.  After the exchange was made I was shocked to be greeted by none other than President Abraham Lincoln himself and was the first prisoner to shake his hand.
