As you will see if you click on the image above, this picture comes from an old magazine advertisement for Kew Gardens. I cannot seem to identify where in Kew Gardens the picture was taken. I do not recognize the house, but the upward slope of the street makes me think it might be somewhere on Lefferts Boulevard. Click on image to enlarge.
