Home of E.A. Cashton

"There seems to be a continuing demand for building lots at Kew Gardens according to the recent reports of J.J. Britton [Sales Mgr. for the Kew Gardens Corporation] who has sold to . . . E.A. Cashton,a house at the corner of Cuthbert place and Willow street [today's Brevoort Street]."
The circa 1916 picture is from a real estate advertisement showing a house on Brevoort Street (formerly known as Willow Street) at the corner of Cuthbert Road (formerly known as Cuthbert Place). That house is still there today.
