81st Avenue

"[Kew Gardens'] extraordinary transportation facilities place it in close touch with the social and business centers of both Manhattan and Brooklyn, with all the local advantages of the established settlement - churches, schools, clubs and tradesmen of Richmond Hill."
This house stands on 81st Avenue which, at the time the circa 1920 picture was taken, was called Pembroke Place.
