In 1943, this was the residence of Dr.Herbert Wagner, his wife Marion, her mother Minnie Greenberg and two daughters, Barbara and Lee. Dr. Wagner changed the porch into a dental office in 1946 and was also a much beloved faculty member at NYU School of Dentistry.
