"The newly completed Quentin Apartments at Kew Gardens Road and Quentin Street, have been sold by the builders . . . to James F. Meehan, former Tenement House Commissioner, for investment. ... The structure is five stories measuring 75x100 and occupying a plot 85x125. It was sold at $250,000 and is fully tenanted, returning an annual rent of about $45,000."
