The Kew Terrace

"Preliminary plans filed with the Queens Building Bureau indicate that Queens is to have an apartment house worth more than $1,000,000 in the Kew Gardens section. The preliminary plans give little information concerning the house, but they do show that the apartment house is to extend the full block from Park Lane to Greenfield Avenue, on Union Turnpike. It is estimated that the cost of constructing the building alone will be $850,000. As this does not include the value of the land, it is certain that the value of the structure will be over the million mark."
